The members of the permanent working groups of the Europe Region of World Physiotherapy (Advocacy & EU Matters, Education & Research and Professional Practice) met in Bucharest (Romania) on 28 and 29 March 2025. 

During these days they discussed and worked on the ongoing activities for the 2024-2026 term, based on the recommendations from the 2024 Europe Region General Meeting. 

The Executive Committee of the Europe Region, along with representatives from the Order of Physiotherapists in Romania, took the opportunity to meet the Romanian authorities on 27 March to speak about European best practice models in physiotherapy education and regulation as well as the importance of early access to physiotherapy and integration into the national health policies.
